4.The Modem Configuration window opens. Make sure that the value shown for Maximum Speed is 19200. If a different value is shown, select 19200 from the drop-down list.

5.Click OK.

Setting the Modem Speed on Windows NT

1.Double-click the My Computer icon on your desktop.

2.Double-click the Dial-Up Networking icon in the My Computer window.

3.Select iM1100 from the Phonebook Entry to Dial drop-down list.
