Checking the Radio Alias and ID

Displays the ID of your radio.

Procedure:

Press the programmed Radio Alias and ID button to check your radio alias and ID. You hear a positive indicator tone.

OR

Follow the procedure below.

1cto access the menu.

2^ or vto Utilities and press cto select.

3^ or vto Radio Info and press c to select.

4^ or vto My Number and press cto select.

5The first line of the display shows the radio alias. The second line of the display shows the radio ID

You can also press the programmed Radio Alias and ID button to return to the previous screen.

Checking the Firmware Version and Codeplug Version

Displays the firmware version on your radio.

Procedure:

1cto access the menu.

2^ or vto Utilities and press cto select.

3^ or vto Radio Info and press cto select.

4^ or vto Versions and press cto select.

5The display shows the current firmware and codeplug versions.

Checking the Open-Source Software Information

Displays the open-source software (OSS) information on your radio.

Procedure:

1c to access the menu.

2^ or vto Utilities and press cto select.

3^ or vto Radio Info and press cto select.

4^ or vto Versions and press cto select.

5The display shows the Firmware Version information.
