This indicates that the document feeder fails to feed the originals.

Corrective action

1. Open the document feeder cover.

2. Pull out the original.

3. Place the original again refering to "Original condition" and "Procedure" on page 12 and 13.

This indicates that the document table is not in the correct posititon.

	Corrective action
	Open the document feeder cover and then
	close it.
