CBT/WBT Self-Pace Update –Designed specifically for the B132/B200 certified service professionals. The main objective will be to emphasize the differences between the two models. The self-Pace update CBT/WBT will include a mandatory certifying exam consisting of 25 questions. A passing grade of 75% will be required.
