Auto Shut Off
This function automatically shuts off your TV when there is no signal from the channel the TV is on.
Press the MENU button
To AUTO SHUT OFF
To turn ON or OFF
EXIT when finished
•If the channel that you have on does not recieve a signal for more than one minute, the blink- ing text “NOT RECIEVING A SIGNAL” appears on the screen. If no signal is being recieved within 9 minutes, the TV shuts itself off.
XDS ID
XDS ID Display provides a channels call letters, the network’s name, and even a program name.

V2 Component-In
Get the best quality video from your DVD player by using this setting and the DVD inputs at the rear of the television. Set either to YES for component input (for DVD) or to NO for composite video input (for a regular VCR), using V2

Purity (AV-36F803, AV-36F703, AV-36F713 only)
Sometimes, your television can be affected by the magnetic fields of the earth. If you notice that there are sections of color on your TV screen that appear stained or blotchy, use this func- tion to help eliminate it.
