2Press the PLAY button. Playback will start from the point where the previous playback session was stopped.

¡The resume function can be reset by pressing the STOP button twice or by opening the disc loading tray.

¡Some Video CDs with PBC function resume playback from the beginning of the track.

¡The “Resume” information stays in the memory even when the power is turned off.

1Press the FWD g or REV h button during playback.

¡For DVD Videos, pressing the FWD g or REV h button cycles the playback speed in four steps. In case of DVD Videos, the sound will mute. Turning on the double- speed sound in SET UP enables output of sound.

¡For DVD audios, the playback speed is 2, 8 50 and 100.

In case of DVD Audio discs, the sound will not mute. ¡For audio CDs, the playback speed is 16 fixed. ¡For Video CDs, the playback speed is 2, 8 and 30.

¡For WMA and MP3, the playback speed is 8 fixed.
