Menu Selections

LOCK

Lock Set

Prevents video games and other video sources from being viewed. Channel 3, 4, and video inputs are locked out for 12, 24, 48 hours or.

Note: Understand how to unlock Lock Set before using it. Use a code that is easy to remember or record it in a safe place.

1. Press

2.Press cursor π or θ and τ or υ to highlight LOCK icon.

4.“ENTER SECRET CODE” should already be highlighted. Use the numeric keypad to enter a four digit code.

5.Press cursor τ or υ to display Lock Set sub menu.

TO SELECT LOCK MODE

6. Press cursor υ to select :

OFF - To turn lock function off.

ALL - To lock all channels and video inputs.

CHANNEL - To lock up to four channels of your choice.

GAME - To lock channels 3, 4 and video inputs.

Press cursor

MENU

to return to LOCK menu.

Press MENU

, then press cursor θ to highlight HOW

 

LONG?

 

 

9.Press cursor υ to select the desired amount of time (12, 24, 48 hours or ALWAYS) for Lock Set to be activated.

10.Press EXIT to exit menus.

To unlock Lock Set follow steps 1 through 6, and on step 6 select OFF.

NOTE:

If you do not remember your code, LOCK will unlock in 12, 24, or 48 hours, depending on the current setup. Be cautious when selecting ALWAYS. If ALWAYS is selected and you forget your secret code, the TV must be serviced by a qualified technician to clear the LOCK setup.

Note: If Lock Set is selected, and if a blocked channel or video input is selected, the message “Locked” displays on the TV screen.
