System Setup

HARD/OPTICAL DISK, CONTINUED

HARD DISK INFO:

1.Press SETUP.

2.Press down arrow to select the Hard/Optical Disk menu.

3.Press right arrow key and then down arrow to highlight Hard Disk Info.

4.Press ENTER. An informational dialog box will appear.

5.To exit, press ENTER.

6.To exit setup, press SETUP.

FORMAT HARD DISK:

1.Press SETUP.

2.Press down arrow to select the Hard/Optical Disk menu.

3.Press right arrow key and then down arrow to highlight Format Hard Disk.

4.Press ENTER. A dialog box will appear.

5.Select “ok” and press ENTER to format the hard disk, “cancel” to go back.

6.To exit setup, press SETUP.

ERASE OPTICAL DISK:

1.Press SETUP.

2.Press down arrow to select the Hard/Optical Disk menu.

3.Press right arrow key and then down arrow to highlight Erase Optical Disk.

4.Press ENTER. A dialog box will appear.

5.Select “ok” and press ENTER to format the optical disk, “cancel” to go back.

6.To exit setup, press SETUP.

DATE/TIME:

Note: Should you lose power or unplug the unit for more than 15 minutes, you must reset the date and time.

DAYLIGHT SAVING:

1.Press SETUP.

2.Press down arrow to select the Date-Time Setting menu.

3.Press right arrow key and then down arrow to highlight Daylight Saving.

4.Press ENTER.

5.Use the down arrow to select “on” or “off” and ENTER to select. The default is “off”.

6.To exit setup, press SETUP.
