When you have selected CUSTOM as the display method, you can adjust the various setting listed below as follows:
NOTES:
•Do not set the Closed Caption “TEXT COLOR” and “BACKGROUND COLOR” as the same color or you will not be able to see the text.
•Do not set both the “TEXT OPACITY” and the “BACKGROUND OPACITY” to “TRANSPARENT” or you will not be able to see the text.
This feature is designed to customize Digital Captions only.
1 Tune the television to the desired program in the digital mode.
2 Press MENU/ENTER. The menu screen appears.

TEXT EDGE :NONE, RAISED, DEPRESSED, OUTLINE, LEFT SHADOW, RIGHT SHADOW
TEXT COLOR : BLACK, WHITE, GREEN, BLUE, CYAN, RED, MAGENTA, YELLOW
EDGE COLOR : BLACK, WHITE, GREEN, BLUE, CYAN, RED, MAGENTA, YELLOW
BACKGROUND COLOR : BLACK, WHITE, GREEN, BLUE, CYAN, RED, MAGENTA, YELLOW
TEXT OPACITY :AUTO, TRANSPARENT, TRANSLUCENT, SOLID, FLASHING

8 Press MENU/ENTER repeatedly until the menu screen is cleared.
