Setup Menu (Cont’d)

Audio Mode category settings are used for selecting the language interface:

“AUDIO LANGUAGE” allows you to choose a language from the list provided by the Calypso. When playing a DVD-Video disc, if the language you chose is available on the disc, the audio portion of the disc will play in the language you selected. If the language you chose is unavailable on the disc, the audio portion will play in the first spoken language available on the disc. Languages can also be selected from the toolbar audio icon, where they appear in abbreviated format.

“SUBTITLE” allows you to choose a subtitle language from the list provided by the Calypso. If the subtitle function is available on the DVD-Video disc currently loaded, then subtitles will appear on the TV screen in the language you chose. If the subtitle language you chose is unavailable on the disc, then subtitles will appear in the first subtitle language available on the disc. The MOON Calypso automatically resets the subtitle icon in the multiple-menu toolbar to OFF when it is switched into stand-by mode.

“MENU” allows you to choose the language of the Setup Menu in either English, Spanish, or French.
