8.5.2.3Generic I2C Register Editor

The Generic I2C Editor, as shown in Figure 15, allows the display and editing of any device on the I2C bus. This editor works like the Register Map Editor, except that the I2C slave address must be entered and the Read All button is disabled.

To open this, click on Edit Register Map in the Edit menu and then click on Generic I2C.

The video encoder module registers can be edited using I2C subaddress 0x54 (default) or 0x56, if the alternate slave address is being used.
