NOTE: While your STUDIO2 will perform beautifully from the moment you turn it on, it requires a minimum warm-up period of 8 hours before it begins to show its strongest sonic qualities.

It will continue to improve over time. Discrete components are utilized in the analog output stage and the warm-up period allows them to reach thermal equilibrium.
