7Install the appropriate driver

Driver for Windows XP/Windows 2003

If you are running Windows XP or Windows 2003, after Windows finds the plug and play device, the Found New Hardware wizard will open.

a Select Install from a list or specific location, click Next.

b Select Don't search, I will choose driver to install, click Next.

c On the hardware type screen, scroll through the list, select Tape Drives, click Next.

d Select the device driver you want to install:

Manufacturer: (standard tape drives)

Model: IDE (QIC-157) tape drives

eClick Yes through the update driver warning.

fSelect Finish.

gIn the Windows Device Manager (from the Control Panel): 1 Double-click on System
