Display the Channel List

You can display a list of all channels.

1Press the LIST button.

• The channel list is displayed.

2To tune to a specific channel in the channel list, move the cursor to the required channel by pressing the c or d button, then press the OK button.

• Press the CH buttons to move to the next or previous page.

Setting up the Parental Control

	This feature allows you to set a password to prevent unautho-	English
	rized users, such as children, from watching unsuitable	English
	rized users, such as children, from watching unsuitable
	material. You can also set up the restrictions using Parental
	Guidance.
	With the Parental Control parents can prevent their children
	from watching inappropriate TV programs, VCR or DVD con-
	tents. When an attempt is made to watch a program (or
	content) blocked by parents, the Plasma Display shows nothing
	but a message. The Parental Control functions for both conven-
	tional and digital TV channels.

Voluntary movie rating system (MPAA)

	Rating	Description
	G	General audiences. All ages admitted.

	PG	Parental guidance suggested. Some
		material may not be suitable for
		children.

	PG-13	Parents strongly cautioned. Some
		material may be inappropriate for
		children under 13.

Age-Base R		Restricted. Under 17 requires accompa-
		nying parent or adult guardian (age
		varies in some jurisdictions).

	NC-17	No one 17 and under admitted.

	X	A rating that has now been superseded
		by NC-17.

	View	Not rated.

• The voluntary movie rating system only uses an age-based rating.
