Setting the Current Date and Time
You can set the current date and time so that the current time is displayed when pressing the DISPLAY button to display information.
1Press the MENU button.
2Press the c or d button to move to System, then press the \ or OK button.

4Select Date and press the \ or OK button.
5Press the [ or \ button to move to Day, Mon (month) and Year, then set them by pressing the c or d button.
6When you have finished, press the OK button.
7Press the c or d button to move to Time, then press the \ or OK button.

8Press the [ or \ button to move to Hour/Min, set them by pressing the c or d button, then press the OK button.
9If you receive a digital signal, you can set the time automatically. Press the c or d button to move to Time Zone, then press the \ or OK button.
10Press the c or d button to select the appropriate time zone for your local area as follows:
Hawaii – Alaska – Pacific – Mountain – Central – Eastern – Atlantic – Newfoundland
11 Press the BACK button.
12 Select D.S.T. and press the \ or OK button.
13 Press the c or d button to select the required option as follows:
On – Off - Auto
14Press the EXIT button.
•D.S.T. stands for “Daylight Saving Time”.
•When receiving a digital signal by successfully setting up a digital channel, the time and date are automatically updated.
