Using Media Player

Media Player allows you to enjoy photo, video or music recorded on an SD Card.

VIERA IMAGE VIEWER is the function of the easy viewing for photos or videos recorded on an SD Card on the TV screen by simply inserting into the SD Card slot.

Photo mode

: Still pictures recorded by digital cameras will be displayed.

Video mode

: Moving pictures recorded by digital video cameras will be played back.

Music mode

: Digital music data will be played back.

tDuring the operation, audio signal is output from AV1, DIGITAL AUDIO OUT and HDMI2 (ARC function) terminals. But no video signals are output. AV1 can output audio signal if [AV1 out] is set to [Monitor] in the Setup Menu (p. 30). To use HDMI2 with ARC function, connect an amplifier that has ARC function (p. 58) and set to use theatre speakers (p. 65).

t[Date] shows the date on which the recording was made by the recording equipment. The file without record of the date is shown “**/**/****”.

tThe picture may not appear correctly on this TV depending on the recording equipment used. tDisplay may take some time when there are many files and folders.

tPartly degraded files might be displayed at a reduced resolution.

tThe folder and file names may be different depending on the digital camera or digital video camera used.
