Channel list

The Channel list menu can also be referred to as the Quick Select Menu, as it allows you to view the list of services available in the database with a single click, instead of navigating through various menus.

Tuning parameters

Menu description

In the case of TV channels, a small picture of the selected service will be shown in the preview window. For Radio channels, a still picture will be displayed in the Preview window. In the case of a service which has Teletext data only, ÔNo VideoÕ or ÔNo AudioÕ will be displayed in the Preview window. The tuning parameters are displayed in the lower right part of the Menu screen.

Select the Channel group (Favourite):

Press B or A to select between Channel groups - you can toggle through All (complete channel list)/Fav1/Fav2/Fav3/Fav4 (see ÔFavÕ on page 23 for details on setting Favourites).

Select the Services:

List of the services present under the selected Channel group will be displayed in the left side of the menu.

Press C or D to toggle within the service list, then press ENTER.

Toggle between the list of TV and Radio services:

The TV/RADIO key is used to toggle between the TV and Radio mode. If you press CH LIST when you are in Radio mode then the channel list menu will display the list of Radio services. If you wish to view the list of TV services without exiting the current menu, TV/RADIO key should be pressed once.

Note:

¥ If any Channel group doesnÕt have any service at the time, ÔNo servicesÕ and ÔNo InformationÕ will be displayed in the menu.

¥Channel / Service names can only be displayed up to about 12 characters - if the name is longer than this, it will be abbreviated.
