Recording from an external component

You can record from an external component, such as a camcorder or VCR, connected to either LINE1 or LINE2 for external inputs.

Before attempting to record from an external component:

1.

Connect the component from which you want to record properly to the DVD recorder.

External equipment (VCR camcorder etc.)

Press SETUP button to display SETUP/DISC menu.

Select SETUP, then press ENTER button.

Select “Select Video,” then press ENTER button.

Select an input line among L1 and L2.
Setup > Select Video

Select the input jack type to connect, then press ENTER button.

Now you are ready to start recording from exter- nal component.
