Using additional audio

equipment

After correctly connecting the audio equipment to the TV, use the TV menu to correctly set the functions of the audio equipment.

1Connect the audio equipment to the TV.

Before connecting anything:

Read the manuals that came with the audio equipment.

Do not turn the power of the TV or audio equipment on until the connections have been completed.

If the additional speakers are placed immediately next to the TV, use magnetic-shielded speakers in order to prevent magnetism from the speakers adversely affecting the TV.

Connecting cables are not supplied.

The sound from the external front speakers L/R and the subwoofer cannot be stopped even if you set the TV SPEAKER function in the HEADPHONE menu to OFF and connect the headphones to the TV. If you want to stop the sound from the external front speakers L/R and the subwoofer, please turn off all amplifiers connected to the TV.

Surround speakers 1 (Only AV32P10EK and

AV32P10EI):

Connect surround speakers to the TV when you want to use the DOLBY DIGITAL function to enjoy surround sound.

Even without surround speakers, you can easily enjoy

surround sound by using the 3D-PHONIC function.

Use impedance 8-ohm type.
