For Cable

1.Screw the digital cable into the back of the coaxial tuner labeled ATSC tuner.

2.Make sure your source is DTV. If not, use the SOURCE PC button on your remote to switch to source DTV.

3.Press the MENU button on your remote to open the OSD (on screen display), then use the LEFT/RIGHT buttons to navigate to the icon that represents a small satellite dish and a lightening bolt called DTV. Press the ENTER button to enter submenu DTV.

4.With the first icon labeled General, use the DOWN button to move down to Broadcast Service and press ENTER.

5.Inside there should be 4 options: Source Detect, Tuner, Frequency Plan, and 8VSB. Highlight the Source Detect option and use LEFT/RIGHT to change the option to Manual.

6.Use the DOWN button to highlight Tuner option and use LEFT/RIGHT to change the option to Cable.

7.Use UP to go back to the option Source Detect and change it back to Auto using LEFT/RIGHT key. Press EXIT to go back to General Functions.

8.Press DOWN key to move down to highlight the function Auto Scan. Press ENTER to scan for channels.

9.When the TV has finished scanning, continuously press the button EXIT until you’ve exited out of the OSD menu.
