3.1 Scope of Delivery

Immediately after receipt, inspect your new TFT monitor for possible transport damage and check that all parts have been delivered. The supplier can accept your claims for transport damage only if you inform him of this before putting the monitor into service for the first time. If anything is missing, please call our service hotline. Keep the packing materials for re-use if you have to transport the monitor again.
