Troubleshooting

If your TV seems to have a problem, please refer to the following troubleshooting guide before contacting a service center. If none of these tips apply, do not attempt to repair the product yourself. Call your nearest service center.

Symptoms that may appear to be a problem

The following symptoms may occur even if the TV is functioning normally.
