6 Operate Your TV, Cable Box, or DSS

• Press TV to set the remote control to operate your TV.

• Press Cable/DSS to set the remote to operate your Cable Box or DSS receiver.

• See the remote control diagram at left to see which keys are available in TV or Cable/DSS mode.

Notes:

• When the remote control is in TV or Cable/DSS mode, it will NOT operate your VCR. To return to VCR mode, press VCR on the remote control.

• The highlighted buttons will operate many brands of TV, but not all keys will function for all devices.
