Follow these steps to lock the front panel to prevent children from tampering with the DVD+VCR. Child Lock disables all front panel keys so the DVD+VCR can be operated only with the remote control.

Press SETUP/ENTER.
2S E L E C T “ C H I L D L O C K ”
Use the UP/DOWN arrow keys to move the pointer to “Child Lock,” then press the RIGHT arrow key to select from the follow- ing:
•Off - Child Lock is disabled. The front panel keys are fully functional.
•On – Child Lock is enabled. The front panel keys are locked.
N O T E S
•You must use the remote control to disable Child Lock and restore normal front panel operation.
•The “Auto Play” and “Auto Power On” features are also disabled with Child Lock on.
