DVD Operation Setup

Caution:

Before using the remote control, press the DVD button to select the device to be operated.

General Explanation

numbers (e.g., title number). For some functions, press ENTER to execute the setting.Use b/B to change the setting of an item.

Temporary Feedback Field Icons

This manual gives basic instructions for operating the DVD+VCR. Some DVDs require specific operations or allow only limited operations during playback. When this occurs, the symbol appears on the TV screen, indi- cating that an operation is not permitted by the DVD+VCR or is not available on the disc.

PREPARATION

General playback status can be displayed on the TV screen. Some items can be changed on the menu.

On-screen display operation

1Press DISPLAY during playback.

Use v/V to select an item.

2 The selected item will be highlighted.

Some discs may not provide all of the features on the on-screen display example shown below.

If no button is pressed for 10 seconds, the on-screen display disappears.

You can change the desired status only when “b B” mark appears on the On-screen display menu item.
