Driver Installation

This section provides information on how to install the

USB to RS-422/485 drivers.

Windows2000/XP/Server2003

1.Insert the driver CD after Windows boots.

2.AutoRun should start the installation. If AutoRun doesn’t start, click Start, Run, Type D:\setup.exe, then click OK. (Change D: to match your CD-ROM drive letter).

3.Click Next.

4.Click I accept the terms of the license agreement, click Next, Next.

5.Click Install, Install, then click OK.

6.Click Finish. Restart your system to complete the installation.

7.Insert the USB to RS-485/422 Converter into a USB port. The driver will install automatically.

Windows Vista™

1.Insert the driver CD after Windows boots.

2.AutoRun should start the installation. If Auto Run starts: Click Run setup.exe.

If AutoRun doesn’t start: Click Start, in the Start Search box, type D:\setup.exe, then press Enter. (Change D: to match your CD-ROM drive letter).

3.Click allow.

4.Click Next.

5.Click I accept the terms of the license agreement, click Next, Next.

RS-485, RS-422 specifications
