System Set Up

Operation Interface and General Steps

This section will introduce the menu interface of the System Setup and general operation.

1.Press the SETUP button to enter the System Setup mode. Now the system setup menu will appear on the top of the OSD, as shown in the following chart.

2. Use the or buttons to select submenus in the control bar and press the SELECT button to enter. In the submenu, press the arrow buttons and SELECT to navigate the menu.

3.Press the RETURN button to return to the upper level menu. Press the SETUP button to exit the System setup mode

Note: System setup is best used with no disc in the drive. Otherwise some settings may become unaccessible.

Auto Chapter Marker

1.In the Recording Settings menu, use the arrow buttons to select Automatic Chapter Marker, and press the SELECT button to drop down a menu.

2. Use the or buttons to select a value to insert chapter markers at 5min, 10min, 20min or 30min intervals during recording and press the SELECT button to confirm. You can also turn off chapter markers.

3.Press the RETURN button to return to the upper level menu and set up other options.
