Block TV Rating (Parental Guideline)

USA V-Chip Rating System

V-chip reads the program’s age-based rating. If you have blocked the rating, you will receive a rating message on the screen while you select the blocked program.

1.Select Block TV Rating and press ENTER.

2.Use d/c and e/f select the categories to block.

Notes: The V-Chip will automatically block certain categories that are “more restrictive”. If TV-14category has been blocked, then TV-MAwill also be automatically blocked.

To change the V-Chip settings, you need to enter the correct password to be able to access the menu. To change the password, select Change Password in the menu.

Clear all block settings for MPAA, TV, Channel and Video and get back to default setting.
