Programming to Control a Second Satellite Receiver
If you have a second DISH Network satellite receiver installed, you can use this remote in AUX mode to operate your other receiver in addition to operating this receiver. When you program the remote to operate the other receiver, the remote sends out IR and UHF (not UHF Pro) signals to the receiver. You can program the remote to operate any other DISH Network satellite receiver, except for following:
Press 0.
Press the PLUS side of the VOLUME button.
Press the POUND (#) button.
Press and hold the TV button until all the mode buttons are lit, then let it go.

5 Press POUND (#). The TV button flashes three times.
To confirm the VOLUME buttons are operating the TV’s volume control, press SAT and then try adjusting the volume. The TV’s volume should change.
Press the POUND (#) button.
Press the PLUS side of the VOLUME button. Press 0.
Press POUND (#). The AUX button flashes three times.
To confirm the VOLUME buttons are operating the tuner/amplifier’s volume control, press SAT and then try adjusting the volume. Your tuner/amplifier’s volume should change rather than your TV’s volume.
