User Menu

When “USER” is registered in the icon display section and the “User Menu” is set, the user screen (“CUSTOM 1/2”) always appears when the liquid crystal display is redisplayed.

“Learn” buttons that are frequently used at the user menu to eliminate the trouble of searching for buttons and make operation easier.

qPress the “SETUP” icon in the icon display section for at least 3 seconds to display the setup screen.

Press the “User Menu OFF” button on the “Setup 3/4” page to set this to “ON”. When this is done, the user menu is always displayed when the liquid crystal display is redisplayed.

The setting switches between “ON” and “OFF” each time the button is pressed.

ONE-BUTTON SEARCH FUNCTION

Try using this function if you cannot find the desired remote control signals with the normal preset memories.

[1]Using the one-button search function

Learn the “POWER” button of the remote control unit for which you want to set the preset memory in order to search for the preset memory for those remote control signals.

q At the “Edit Device” and “Add Device” brand selection screens when setting the preset memory in section “Changing the preset memory of preset devices” on page 12, press the “Search” button to display the learning start screen.

w Press the “Learning Start” button on the learning start screen, then press the “POWER” button of the remote control unit for which you want to set the preset memory to learn it.
