•Wipe the front panel and other exterior surfaces of the unit with a soft cloth immersed in luke-
warm water and wrung dry.
•Never use a solvent or alcohol. Do not spray insecticide liquid near the unit. Such chemicals
may cause damage and discoloration to the exposed surfaces.
Picture playback may become blurred or inter- rupted while the TV program received is clear. This does not mean that the recorded program has been erased. However, this problem may be caused by dirt.
Being accumulated on the videoheads after long periods of use, or usage of rental or old tapes. In this case, head cleaning requires highly technical attention, therefore consult the nearest Sears Service Center. Clean heads only when problems occur.
Should your unit become inoperative, do not try to correct the problem by yourself. There are

provide all pertinent facts when you call or visit. The Model Number will be found on the rear of
cabinet. Always mention the Model Number when requesting service or repair parts for your TV/VCR combination.
