To select stations by program type

(genre)

You can tune FM Radio Data System stations by selecting a program type (genre). Once you select a program type, the DVD receiver automatically searches for FM Radio Data System stations currently broadcasting the corresponding programs.

1Press FREQ/TEXT (PROG) repeatedly to select PTY.

Each time you press FREQ/TEXT, the display changes as follows:

2Press PTY SEEK MODE.

The program type you selected last time appears in the DVD receiver display.

3Press PRESET u / d to select the program type you want to listen to.

4Press PTY SEEK START.

The DVD receiver starts searching for preset Radio Data System stations.

To cancel PTY SEEK MODE

Press PTY SEEK START.
