36 Wake Up Timer

The Wake Up Timer turns on the TV/VCR automatically at a specified time within the next 24 hours. You may set the TV/VCR to turn on at a TV channel or with VCR playback.

Before you begin:

●Set the clock. Details are on pages 16-19.If the clock is not set, you cannot set the Wake Up Timer.

●Put a tape in the TV/VCR if you want to play a tape at the specified time.

1 Press SLEEP/WAKE UP until WAKE UP TIMER appears.

3 Press PLAY/▲ or STOP/▼ to select TV/TAPE. Press F.FWD/B or REW/s to select TV or TAPE. If you select TV, the current TV channel will be on when the TV/VCR turns on. Select TAPE to start tape playback when the TV/VCR turns on.

4 Press PLAY/▲ or STOP/▼ to select TIME. Press F.FWD/B or REW/s to select your wake up time.

Each button press changes the time by 10 minutes.

5 Press MENU to remove the menu. Press POWER to turn off the TV/VCR. The TV/VCR will turn on at the specified time.

Helpful Hint

•To cancel the Wake Up Timer, press SLEEP/WAKE UP until WAKE UP TIMER appears, then press F.FWD/B or REW/s until OFF appears.
