OTHER MULTIROOM CONTROL SYSTEMS

Your VIA!dj is also compatible with a number of leading multi- room control systems. The Controller port on the rear of the system uses a versatile protocol called XiVA-Linkwhich allows access to most of the VIA!dj functions remotely.

Your VIA!dj has been designed to provide years of trouble-free operation. If, however, you need technical assistance above and beyond what is covered in this user guide, we have established the following methods for continued support:

SERVICE

ELAN Home Systems is the only authorized service center for your VIA!dj. Should your unit require service contact your authorized ELAN dealer and they will make the appropriate arrangements to return the unit to ELAN. Please be aware that music stored on your VIA!dj may be lost during certain testing and repair procedures. We will endeavor to protect against loss but ELAN Home Systems will not be held responsible for loss of music in any product returned for service or repair. Contact your local dealer for details on data backup services for further information.

Please do not return your product directly to ELAN, as this will result in unnecessary delays in the repair process.
