DTV / TV Input Audio Adjustment

Audio Mode

When the MENU button is pressed, the On Screen Display (OSD) appears on the PICTURE adjustment display.

Press the button to highlight the AUDIO MODE selection.

Use the or button to choose from Flat, Rock, Pop, Classic or Jazz.

Press MENU to select Audio Mode to access the settings shown below (Equalizer, Balance, SRS TSHD, SRS TruVolume, Digital Audio Out, Anaglog Audio Out, Lip Sync, Reset Audio Mode).

Once the adjustments are completed press the LAST button repeatedly to exit the OSD completely.

Note: 5.1 audio surround sound is only available via the DTV/TV connection.

Equalizer

Press the button to highlight the Equalizer selection.

Press the button to start adjusting.

A new menu will be displayed showing volumes of different frequencies (pitches).

Starting from lowest to the highest pitch, they are 120 Hz, 500Hz, 1.5 kHz, 5 kHz and 10 kHz.

Press the button to highlight the frequency you wish to adjust.

Use the or button to adjust for boost or attenuation. For example if you want to boost the bass you would highlight 120Hz and turn it up.

Once the adjustments are completed press the LAST button repeatedly to exit the OSD completely.

Note: The Equalizer adjustment will only be available when SRS TSHD is off.

Balance

Press the button to highlight the Balance selection. Use the or button to adjust the left/right balance.

Once the adjustments are completed press the LAST button repeatedly to exit the OSD completely.
