NETWORK SETTINGS
The Network Settings page allows a Static IP address to be entered for the SMS3. Using a static IP address makes it easier to bookmark the SMS3 for easy access from a computer’s browser. The cur- rent IP address of the SMS3 is shown at the top of the window. If a static IP address is desired, enter the IP address in the window next to Static IP and select Apply IP. The new IP address will show at the top of the window.
Note: Do not enter a Static IP address that matches its dynamic IP address or that falls within the DHCP server’s address allocation pool. Refer to the DHCP server’s manual for more information.
