Volume
Press j— (S) or j+ (R) to adjust the volume.
Sound Mute
Press konce to turn the sound off. To restore the sound press kagain or press either j— (S) or j+ (R).

1Press MENU and Sor Rto select SOUND.
2Press Q to highlight BASS, TREBLE or BALANCE and Sor Rto change the setting.
WOW (sound effect)
WOW surround widens and deepens the sound from the TV speakers, using stereo signals from the TV broadcast or video input.
1Press MENU and select the SOUND menu.
Use P or Q to highlight WOW then press S or Rto select ON or OFF.

The Timer
The TV can be set to turn itself Off after a certain time.
1Press MENU and Sor Rto select the FEATURE menu.

2Press P or Q to select OFF TIMER, then use Sor Rto select the time.
Each press of the button will increase/decrease the time in steps of 30 minutes, up to 3 hours.
3Press OK.
To cancel the OFF TIMER, select 0:00 then press OK.
The Timer Display
The time display facility allows the current (teletext) time to
be seen on the TV screen.
Press 8/9whilst watching a normal broadcast to see a time display from the broadcaster.
It will remain on screen for about 5 seconds.
