To stop the slideshow, press the [STOP] or [MENU] button.

Depending on the type of JPEG disc, either the first nine pictures appear in thumbnail-size or the Disc Navigator win- dow appears.

The slideshow stops automatically when all pictures have been displayed.

Using JPEG CDs

The DV-CP702 supports JPEG CDs, so you can view your photos on TV either individually or as a slideshow.

Load and select a CD containing

 

 

JPEG pictures.

page 26, and follow the procedure up to

 

step 4 so that the first nine pictures are dis-

 

played at thumbnail-size before continu-

With some JPEG discs, the first nine pic-

You can use the following func-

To display the next or previous picture, use

 

the Next [

] buttons.

 

 

 

 

To turn a picture upside down, use the Up/

 

Down [ ]/[ ] buttons (not while zoomed

 

in).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To rotate a picture clockwise or counter-

 

clockwise, use the Left/Right [

To zoom in or out, use the Fast Forward

[ ] and Fast Reverse [ ] buttons. Use the Left/Right []/[ ] and Up/Down []/

[] buttons to move around the picture while zoomed in. The slideshow pauses while zoomed in. To cancel the zoom, press the Play [ ] button.

Using Chain Mode

With the Chain mode function you can consecutively play all discs, all DVD-Video discs and Video CDs, or all audio CDs and MP3/WMA discs as if they were one big disc.

Press the [CHAIN MODE] button

 

 

repeatedly to select CD, DVD, or

The CHAIN MODE indicator flashes

 

appear on the display.

Remote controller

ALL: All discs are played consecutively.

DVD: All DVD-Video discs and Video

CHAIN MODE

 

CDs are played consecutively.

 

CD: All CDs (audio/MP3/WMA) are

played consecutively.

While the CHAIN MODE indicator is

 

 

flashing, press the Play [ ] or

 

[ENTER] button to start Chain

 

mode playback.

The Chain mode function will be can- celled if you do not start playback within

Notes:

With the DVD and All Chain modes, Video CD PBC menus are ignored.

JPEG files are skipped during Chain mode playback.

With the DVD and All Chain modes, DVD-Video menus are ignored and titles are played automatically. This may not work with some discs.

You can’t use the repeat functions with Chain mode play- back.
