Other Operations

The following operations can be performed directly from the remote controller.

Number buttons

Locating a Specific Title/Chapter/ Track/File by Entering the Numbers

DVD VCD CD

1 Press the number buttons to select the desired title No. or track No.

(Example) To select track No. 23: 2 3

When playing a DVD: Select the desired title number in advance.

To select a chapter, press 3, then use the number buttons to select the desired chapter.

MP3 JPEG

Press the number buttons on the remote controller to enter the desired file number or folder number.

File numbers and folder numbers

(Example)

To select file No. 23: 2 3

When a folder is selected, the contents of the selected folder will be displayed.

When a file is selected, playback of the selected file will start.

Note

For selection of a number, refer to the file numbers on the NAVI screen.

The file numbers shown on the display of the main unit differ from the file numbers entered directly with the number buttons, as the numbers for each folder are displayed.

2 Press ENTER.

Note

When playing a PBC compatible Video CD with PBC on, you cannot use this function.

To use this function, turn PBC off by pressing TOP MENU first.
