SETTING UP THE AUDIO OPTIONS

Allows you to set up the Audio device and sound status depending on the audio system being used with the player.

1.With the unit in Stop mode, press the MENU button.

System Upgrade

MIf you have selected a LPCM sound track on a disc, the output will automatically be set to PCM.

Be sure to select the correct Digital Output or you will hear no sound or a loud noise.

When playing a Dolby Digital movie make sure the Digital Output is set to Bitstream.

If the HDMI device (Receiver, TV) is not compatible with compressed formats (Dolby digital, DTS), The audio signal outputs as PCM.
