Setting the TruSurround XT

TruSurround XT is a patented SRS technology that solves the problem of playing 5.1 multichannel content over two speakers. Trusurround delivers a compelling, virtual surround sound experience through any two-speaker playback system, including internal television speakers. It is fully compatible with all multichannel formats.

1Press the MENU button.

Result: The main menu is displayed.

2Press the or button until the Sound is selected.

Result: The options available in the Sound group are displayed.

3Press the ENTER ( ) button.

4Press the or button until the SRS TSXT is selected. Press the ENTER ( ) button.

5Press the or button to change the setting. (Off, 3D Mono or

Stereo).

Selecting the Internal Mute

If you want to hear the sound through separate speakers, cancel the internal amplifier.

1Press the MENU button.

Result: The main menu is displayed.

2Press the or button to select Sound.

Result: The options available in the Sound group are displayed.

3Press the ENTER ( ) button.

4Press the or button to select Internal Mute. Press the ENTER ( ) button.

5Press the or button to change the setting. (On or Off).
