Troubleshooting

SymptomSolution

No HDMI output.

Abnormal HDMI output screen.

Check the connection between the TV and the HDMI jack of the Blu-ray Disc Player.

Check if your TV supports 576i, 576p, 720p, 1080i, 1080p or 1080p24 HDMI input resolution.

If random noise appears on the screen, it means that TV does not support HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection).

Moisture Condensation

Moisture condensation can occur:

In locations where moisture condensation may occur:

When the Blu-ray Disc Player is moved from a cold place to a warm place.

Under extremely humid conditions.
