Channel Manager

Auto Channel Scan

This feature will automatically store active TV channels in Auto Channel Scan memory.

1.

Use the CURSOR buttons

or

to highlight

 

CABLE or AIR.

 

 

2.

Press the CURSOR buttons

or

to highlight the

 

START or RESET option.

 

 

3.Press the SELECT button to select.

NOTE: When a CableCARD is installed, Auto Channel Scan for CABLE will not be available.

Channel List

This function allows you to review which channels are labeled (CH ID), which have been added to CHANNEL MEMORY (SCAN), which are protected by LOCK and

which are your FAVORITE (FAV) CHANNELS.

1.Use the CURSOR buttons navigate the Channel List.

2.Press the SELECT button to select ON or OFF on the SCAN and LOCK Columns.

3.To select the LOCK column, input the access code. (Default access code: 0000)

4.Press the FAV button to set or remove the FAVORITES settings.

5.Press the EXIT button to return to normal viewing.

NOTE: 1. When a CableCARD is installed, the Channel List will be dependent on channels agreed upon by you and your cable operator.

2.When changing cable sources from CABLE (1) to CABLE (2), the AUTO CHANNEL SCAN needs to be repeated for the Channel List to be updated.
