Selecting various repeat functions

Repeat play mode

The repeat play options vary depending on the disc type.

AWhile playing a disc, press REPEAT/

REPEAT A-Bonce to access repeat mode, then press W X to choose between repeat options.

For DVD

Chapter (currently playing chapter)

Title (currently playing title)

All (entire disc)

Shuffle (random playback)

For Video CD

Track (currently playing track)

All (entire disc)

Shuffle (random playback)

For Audio CD

Track (currently playing track)

All (entire disc)

For MP3/WMA

Repeat One (currently playing file)

Repeat Folder (current folder)

Folder (playing all files in one folder once)

Single (currently playing file once).

For JPEG

In STOP mode,

Repeat One (currently playing file)

Repeat Folder (current folder)

Folder (playing all files in one folder once)

Single (currently playing file once). In PLAY mode,

Repeat One (currently playing file)

Repeat All (all files in the selected folder)

Repeat Off (playing all files in one folder once)

Single (currently playing file once).

BTo cancel repeat playback, press STOP

Tip:

– For VCD, repeat playback is not possible if the PBC mode is switched on.

Repeating a section within a chapter/track

You can repeat the playback of a specific segment within a title/chapter track. To do this, you must mark the start and end of the segment you want.

AWhile playing a disc, press REPEAT/ REPEAT A-Btwice to access repeat a-b mode and choose your starting point.

BPress REPEAT/REPEAT A-B third time at your chosen end point.

The section A and B can be set only within the same chapter/track.

The section will now repeat continuously.

CTo exit the sequence, press REPEAT/ REPEAT A-Bfourth time.

Tip:

– Pressing REPEAT/REPEAT A-B fourth time will exit from all repeat and repeat a-b modes.
