DivX video files cannot be played.

Ensure that the DivX video file is complete.

Ensure that the file name extension is correct.

The aspect ratio of the screen is not aligned with the TV display setting.

• The aspect ratio is fixed on the DVD.

DivX subtitle are not displayed correctly.

Ensure that the subtitle file name is the same as the movie file name.

Select the correct character set.

1.Press SETUP.

2.Select [ Preference Page ] > [ DivX Subtitle ] in the menu.

3.Select the character set that supports the subtitle.

The contents of the USB flash drive cannot be read.

The USB flash drive format is not compatible with this DVD player.

Drive is formatted with different file system which is not supported by this DVD player (e.g. NTFS).
