Test Tone and Trim Controls

The menu item Test Tone enables you to have a reference of the speakers loudness and to adjust the level of each until they are balanced in loudness. The speakers activated light up in the screen graphic.

&Select Test tone with the cursor down.

éPress the cursor right.

Select On or Off with the cursor up/down.

When turned On, the Test Tone control generates a sound test signal that circulates through the individual active speakers in a clockwise direction, and is meant to be used with the adjustable trim controls.

Once turned on, the Test Tone will continue to circulate through the Left, Center, Right and both Rear speakers (if present).

Press the cursor left.

(Press the cursor up/down to select the desired speaker for individual volume level adjustment.

§Press the cursor left/right to adjust the trim level.

èContinue and select the other speakers for adjustment as desired.

!Press the cursor up to return to the Test Tone menu item when speaker adjustments are complete and turn the control Off.
