60 Programmed Playback

You may determine the order in which Tracks will play. The order that you set is called the Program. To set up programmed play- back, follow these steps.

Before you begin, place the DVD/VCR in DVD mode.

Press the DVD/VCR OUTPUT button so that the red DVD light appears on the front of the DVD/VCR.

Repeat step 2 until you have selected all the Tracks you wish to play in the Program.

Up to 20 Tracks may be stored in the Program.

Make sure the Track numbers you enter are available on the Audio CD. If it is not, you will have to enter a different track.

Press the PLAY button. The Tracks will play in the order in which you programmed them. The Program will play once.

The contents of the program will be stored until you turn off the DVD/VCR or open the Disc tray.

Helpful Hints

Specific Track and random play- back cannot be combined with programmed playback. During pro- grammed playback, the MODE and SEARCH MODE buttons will not operate.

You may play a Program repeat- edly. During programmed play- back, press the REPEAT button so that REPEAT [ON] appears. The program will play over and over.

To see which Tracks you stored in the Program, press the STOP but- ton to stop playback, then press the MODE button so that the PROGRAM screen appears.

Programmed playback can only be started from the program screen.
