Step 3. To attach rear wheels, line up the hole in the frame with the axle on the rear wheel (Figure M). Then, insert the axle through the hole on the frame (Figure N). Then, insert locking pin through the hole in the axle (Figure O). Then, lock the loop end over the other end of the pin (Figure P and Q). Repeat for other side of the trailer/stroller.
