Attaching the Backrest
To attach the backrest to the base, place the base on a flat surface and align the back rest evenly with the base.
1 Fold the plastic tab on the backrest 
upward, align the backrest attachment axle with the axle guide on the base and slide the backrest attachment axle into position. (Fig. A)

2 Push the plastic tab under the seat 
cushion so that it rests on the plastic surface of the base. (Fig. B)

Swivel the backrest up until you 
hear a “click.” Backrest is not fully
engaged until a click is heard. (Fig. C)
Tip: Always use caution and keep fingers away from moving parts to avoid potential injury.
