Care and Maintenance

Cover Removal

Tip: Use a blunt wooden rod (pencil, chopstick, etc.) to assist with untucking the cover hooks from the shell.

Before removing the cover, place booster seat on a level surface. Lift headrest to highest level, swivel backrest down and expand base to the widest position.

1 Removing Base Cover

Locate the elastic loops at the back

Unfasten elastic loops from plastic

notches on each side of the base and

 

 

slide the cover off.

Removing Backrest Cover

Swivel backrest up. Locate the four

 

 

 

notches on the rear of the backrest (two

 

 

 

at the top and two at the bottom).

Unfasten the hooks (located under the

 

 

backrest cover) by pulling the cover

 

 

 

toward the center of the backrest and

 

 

lifting the hooks up and out. Slide

backrest cover off.

Unhook elastic straps from clips at

 

 

 

bottom of backrest. (Fig.C)

Locate the red tabs at each

4 To replace the cover, reverse the directions above.
